If an item that enters the pipe is not in any of the sides, it will be sent to one of the sides with “Accept Unsorted” enabled. Finally, each side can be set to accept or deny unsorted items. Each side has toggles which control whether the pipe will match metadata and/or NBT when filtering items. Like a diamond pipe, putting an item in one of these slots will cause all of the same item in the pipe to be directed to that side. First of all, it has 27 slots per side, allowing for much more complex sorting systems. This pipe functions as a greatly improved Diamond Pipe.

The Recipe Book mod, well all the functions of that have been implemented nicely into Not Enough Items. While it can be used to cheat yourself into a nigh-invincible state just like Too Many Items, Not Enough Items is simply a superior mod, so there’s no reason not to give it a try. These features are effective and fun even if you aren’t using Not Enough Items to cheat and get access to all kinds of stuff right from the start of a new world. Besides the searching feature, you can also drop down aspects of the menu while doing your looking whole groups of items can be hidden from results or forced to show in a search, so even if you’re not sure about the exact item ID or name, you can still easily find whatever it is you’re looking for with the Not Enough Items mod. The search feature is crisp and clean, reliable and easy to use, simple and stable.Īlso, while Too Many Items would give you intermittent access to some items added by mods, Not Enough Items Mod works with just about everything, including mods which add custom mob spawners and other complex content to Minecraft. Nobody has time for that, and that’s one place where the Not Enough Items mod outshines the others mentioned above. It’s kind of funny to think about, but dealing with the lack of a search feature when you have thousands of items and you want to track down a specific, single item is far from funny – it’s downright frustrating. One of the main issues with Too Many Items was the fact that some mods had too many items in them. The mod actually draws a lot of inspiration from Too Many Items as well as Recipe Book, both of which are packed with items. The Not Enough Items mod is meant to appease those people from the latter group who are constantly looking for more in Minecraft. Some people love the vanilla experience and wouldn’t add a thing to the game, while others are constantly looking for mods and add-ons to increase the size of Minecraft and bloat the game with new objects, blocks, mobs, items and tools.

Whether or not there can ever been enough items in Minecraft is something that’s debatable.
